Returns are accepted 7 days from receiving your product. You must   contact us prior to the 7 days to report issues or problems. Returns are not accepted on custom items. If your item is defective or damaged please reach out immediately to begin filing a claim. 

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if you did not use the product properly, if it was destroyed or damaged due to your own mistake, etc. If a return is agreed upon between the customer and Las Jefas, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (unless the product is defective or damaged).

Products are shipped through USPS priority mail. Shipping times will vary depending on customization and size of the product.
