A health coach is a fitness professional that can help you build healthy habits towards a positive and long-lasting lifestyle. More than just a personal trainer, a health coach is armed with strategies for stress relief, improving overall nutrition, building healthy sleep schedules, exercise management, and avoiding/stopping genetic health diseases like type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
