When shopping at your local grocery store you can quickly become convinced of a food product's healthiness just by looking at the package's label. Just because a label tells us a food option is healthy does that make it so? Well, let's find out!

Well probably not a horrible choice, right? What if we compare it to another box of pasta?

If you are like most people you probably said the veggie pasta is the healthiest choice. That makes sense, veggies are healthy and good for you. Ahhh but wait, french fries and chips are made from potatoes and potatoes are a vegetable too. So let's dig a little deeper.
