I've been in love with health and fitness for over 20 years. I've seen all the "fads" that come and go and I can tell you they cannot deliver on what they promise. After all, fitness is NOT a one size fits all plan! I've studied the research on my own for many years. Realizing this field as my passion I decided to take all my knowledge and add a formal education to it so I can help others achieve their goals. My clients deserve a top-notch trainer and that's exactly what I'll give you. I hold a bachelor's degree in health education with a minor in exercise science at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and have the necessary knowledge to help you achieve your goals and change your life once and for all.
